Join a team of enthusiastic and driven IT professionals who strive to deliver the highest quality and innovative automation solutions for our Infrastructure division within COG Technology.

In this unique role in the newly formed Infrastructure Automation development team, you will develop, build, and release innovative automation solutions.

You will gain exposure to a range of technologies, working closely with the experts in each service. You will use the latest development tools in the full software lifecycle to create new products and features.

Being tertiary qualified with 3-5 years in development and exposure to infrastructure technologies, you'll combine your immediate understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) with insights to innovate and create optimised processes.

You'll add to our supportive and fun team culture and be able to work as successfully with senior management as you do our junior staff.

About you
  • you have strong software development skills in one or more of the following: Java, Ruby, Node.js, Python, Bash
  • CI/CD automation exposure
  • you are a critical thinker, and can analyze processes and design and develop innovative automation solutions
  • you have a strong sense of ownership and drive, and possess excellent communication skills

Working knowledge (or willingness to learn)
  • Cloud experience
  • Linux or Windows configuration
  • Networking and Security
