The Senior Process Quality Specialist is to primarily partner with Process Owners to improve the efficiency of IT service delivery and service quality

Key measurables :

The role manages overall process improvement initiatives assigned to the person and to be successful in this role, must operate within the Technology Governance remit, as evidenced by:

  1. Showcased effective collaboration with all stakeholders involved
  2. Proven understanding of the relevant knowledge and skills
  3. Demonstrated track record of initiating, executing and closing of process improvement initiatives
  4. Acceptable outcome(s) of the process improvement initiatives

Requirements : 

  1. Knowledge in ITIL, Lean IT, Lean Six Sigma. Certifications and/or proven practical working experience would be added advantage
  2. Experience in IT roles, whether in Technology Operations, Technology Support, Technical Development and IT Project Management. Working experience in non-IT roles can be considered as long as basic IT knowledge can be sufficiently demonstrated
  3. General understanding of the Operational Risk Management and/or Compliance
  4. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  5. Meticulous, detail-oriented with the resourceful ability to gather and  interpret large amounts of information
  6. Good problem-solving skills and sensible decision-making skills
  7. Good communication skills and capability to utilize all communication channels/mediums
  8. Stakeholder engagement skills to establish and ensure effective working relationships
  9. Ability to work cordially and harmoniously with colleagues at all levels and locations of the organisation. Exposure to international working experience would be valuable
  10. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
