Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist, Group Marketing - Group Consumer Financial Services

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the conceptualisation, development and implementation of content strategy (including long-form, web, infographic, and social) for OCBC Bank
  • Drive 'always-on' social and content journey for key segments, including FRANK, Family and Premier segments (working with partner agencies and segment stakeholders)
  • Based on customers' behaviour, chart the user journey and identify gaps and opportunities for content development
  • Work with stakeholders to drive the implementation of a social dashboard (including sharing of best practices, post-campaign analysis, etc.)
  • Support key bank campaigns such as Stay True, OCBC Life Goals, etc with social and content

Qualifications
Requirements:

  • Minimum of at least 2 years social media experience
  • Sound understanding of social strategy and different ad formats and objectives
  • Good analytical and logical thinking capabilities
  • Good writing skills and experience editing both long-form and short-form content
  • Experienced in conceptualising video
  • Is curious, has a good eye for detail, and willing to push the boundaries of content creation
  • Is able to work with and get along with people
