Skills

  • Knowledge of the FRTB regulatory frameworks ideally with previous “hands-on” experience in an FRTB implementation.
  • Market risk experience is essential and counterparty credit risk experience desirable
  • Good product knowledge
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
  • Accuracy with numbers essential and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent MS Excel skills required
  • Strong business and analytical skills required
  • Industry / Banking knowledge gained in a Tier 1 investment bank
  • Experience with working in international environments
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with information technology and operational delivery staff
  • Pragmatic approach to delivering change
  • Proven time and resource management skills
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Visio, Project and various internal systems
