General Purpose of Position
This position will be tasked with content-generation for Invesco internal and external business units. Responsibilities include providing follow-up on any investment or service reporting, requests, and issues for the various products. In addition, this position will team with Project Managers and Business Analysts on new or current projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete monthly/quarterly client reports, internal/external meeting presentations, and client service requests in conjunction with Investment Centers, Performance teams, Sales & Service, Marketing, Accounting, and other departments where necessary, accurately and within the required deadlines
Provide first tier support in addressing client questions, fulfilling standing requests, and executing ad hoc requests for clients (i.e. monthly/quarterly client reports, monthly/quarterly consultant update questionnaires, compliance requests, audit requests, changes to guidelines, etc.)
Resolve service/content-related problems or questions and provide documentation as required
Work directly with Marketing, Accounting, Performance teams, Investment Centers, Sales & Service, etc. both locally and globally
Run and lead internal and structured Platform projects alongside the Project Management team
Primary subject matter expert for assigned products and strategies
Lead meetings and maintain partnerships with clients
Encouraged to thoroughly examine current processes and identify ways to incorporate increased efficiencies and the promotion of automated solutions
Bachelor’s degree required
Licenses, Certifications, Registrations
Internship to 2 years of financial services experience preferred
Critical Skills Required
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize time and resources to meet goals and expectations.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals including both internal and external contacts
Must be capable of high level of communications, both written & verbal
Ability to cooperate in a team environment
