Experienced Client Service Administrator needed in growing SA business
Your new company
Your new company is a South Australian business with over 40 years of experience who provide a range of corporate, accounting and secretarial services to both the domestic and international market. Their accounting services division are seeking a Full Time worker to join their team as a Client Service Administrator on a Monday to Friday basis.

Your new role
Reporting to Director of Tax and Accounting, your new role as Client Service Administrator is a key contributor within our team. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:
  • Schedule annual client review meetings
  • Invoice preparation/ follow up outstanding invoices
  • Lodge BAS and Income Tax Returns and prepare email communications for review
  • CRM management and maintenance
  • Client data maintenance
  • Prepare and administer lodgements
  • Manage communication with external parties - including the ATO, ASIC and audit partners
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
  • Previous experience working in an Accounting firm
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of ASIC systems (desirable)
  • Previous experience using XERO
  • Outstanding attention to detail; this is a critical component of the role
  • MS Suite proficiency
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
