This respected global technology company based in outer Southern Brisbane are seeking for a permanent Customer Success Consultant to join their growing team. Your new role
In this role as a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all customers through effective inbound and outbound telephone calls. You will be required to assess the caller's needs and determine the most appropriate course of action or referral.

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills through your ability to engage with customers over the phone, providing solutions to their queries and concerns and de-escalating situations, ensuring guidance and support for the duration of the call.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage all cases received over the telephone
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a cooperative, team environment
- You will demonstrate a high level of computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel with demonstrated ability to touch type
- You will have previous experience in a customer facing sales-focused environment.
