Your new company
The lending business is a subsidiary of a global organisation. The parent company is a conglomerate publicly listed with diversified business interests across different industry. It has been rapidly expanding ever since it was founded and are looking for a Senior Manager - Business Development to join this fantastic team.
Your new role
- Primary responsibilities are originating corporate and commercial loans and structuring deals
- Develop and manage strong divisional relationships with business partners and prospective clients such as property developers and brokers
- Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
- Conduct required KYC, AML, CTF procedures
- Using credit analysis and financial acumen to prepare, review and assess potential new business deals
- Support the on boarding of new lenders and customers, ensuring all documentation is correct and looking after life cycle of the loan to settlements
- Prepare management reports
What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years' experience in the private lending or commercial lending space
- Strong exposure to non-bank lending and established referral network
- Strong communication skills and financial acumen
- A great opportunity to learn and develop new skills within a global company and fintech
- Developed to be a core member as the business is expanding
