An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated HR Administrator to join a growing organisation. Reporting to the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in supporting the employee life cycle and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR operations. This position offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time arrangements considered.
Your New Role
As the HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and accurate administrative support across a broad range of human resources activities, including:
- Preparing employment contracts, letters and employee documentation
- Maintaining HR records, employee files and HRIS data
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
- Supporting recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Managing employee lifecycle administration, including contract variations and employee changes
- Assisting with inductions and new starter coordination
- Monitoring probation reviews and employee milestones
- Supporting leave administration and maintaining accurate employee records
- Responding to HR-related enquiries from employees and managers
- Assisting with compliance checks, reporting and general HR projects as required
- Providing administrative support across broader People & Culture initiatives
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to support across a variety of HR functions
- Flexible full-time or part-time working arrangements
- Exposure to a broad range of HR responsibilities
