Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will operate as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to deliver contemporary HR solutions that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and organisational development.
- Coach and support managers through employee life cycle matters, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and retention.
- Manage employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances and workplace concerns.
- Support change management initiatives and organisational transformation projects.
- Facilitate performance review processes, talent management and succession planning activities.
- Deliver training and coaching to leaders on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
- Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support decision making.
- Review and develop HR policies, procedures and frameworks to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to culture, engagement, diversity and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and influence positive people outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and industrial relations.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational HR activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
