One of the best retail brands in the world is recruiting for a junior to join their credit and accounts team. Work with a fun team with great brands and products on offer. Located near Mascot this is a full time permanent role.
Your new role
Working in the shared services team, you'll be involved in:
- Contacting customers about their account status
- Organising new credit applications
- Invoicing
- Updating Credit team on overdue payments
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Credit notes and returns
- Promotion and discount rebates
- Administration of accounts details for customer sales
This is a fantastic entry level role for either a graduate looking for their first commercial role or a confident person with customer service or retail experience who wants to move into an office based role within credit and shared services.
