This well established company based on Sydney's Lower North Shore is looking for an Accountant to join their team. This is a newly created position due to forecasted growth for the business
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Preparation and processing of general journal entries
- Preparation and processing of general journal entries
- Preparation of month end work-papers and debtors reconciliation process
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Reconciliation of bank statements to the general ledger
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Assistant Accountant who is part-qualified. You will have strong attention to detail, and be confident to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
