Join a large-scale Australian organisation undergoing a significant workforce Transformation Program. As part of one of the organisation's largest enterprise initiatives, you'll play a key role in a multi-year Transformation Program designed to modernise workforce processes and improve employee experience.
Your new role
Working alongside an established delivery team comprising change, technology, testing and business process specialists, you will oversee project governance, stakeholder engagement, delivery planning and execution across upcoming program releases.
This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level Project Manager who thrives in a structured delivery environment and enjoys working across both business and technology teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams
Driving project governance, reporting, risk and issue management
Coordinating stakeholders across business, technology and operational teams
Supporting release planning and execution for upcoming program phases
Ensuring project outcomes align with business objectives and operational requirements
Managing dependencies across change, process, testing and technology teams
Using delivery tools such as Jira to track progress and project outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Project Manager delivering business or technology transformation initiatives
Experience working on Time & Attendance, Workforce Management or Payroll-related projects
Strong project governance, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities
An understanding of how workforce and payroll changes impact broader business operations
Experience working within structured delivery methodologies, with a preference for Waterfall environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
Exposure to Jira or similar project management tools
