Your new company
Your new organisation is a professional Chartered Accountancy firm which provides accountancy and business advisory to its clients. They are currently looking for a highly organised and switched-on Personal Assistant/ Team Assistant to support their 2 partners and the team.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Audit and Business Services teams
- Monthly invoicing through XPM and Xero
- Preparation of Board minutes and documentation
- Company secretarial matters
- Preparation of confidential and official documents, meeting papers and reports
- Maintaining and regularly updating Client Database
- Managing Client data via the ATO Portal, when requested and liaising with ATO
- Preparation and posting of social media articles and website updates
- Organising social events
- CRM development
- Administration team support including reception relief
- Experience working as an administrator in a professional services environment
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Maturity, confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent coordination, time management and organisational skills and ability to prioritise duties daily.
- High-level of verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft suite
- Experience in using Monday.com, XPM, Xero, ATO Mate preferable but not essential
- $80000 including super annual salary
