We are recruiting a Sales Lead to drive the growth and success of multiple products initiatives, such as Open banking, Digital Banking and Embedded Finance. The candidate will work closely with the Products function and other sales & pre-sales personnel to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and delivery. The role holder is expected to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, as well as manage existing client relationships. In addition, the applicant will be responsible for identifying, developing, and promoting new products and services to existing and potential customers and providing market feedback to products team to drive further innovation.
- Bachelor's degree
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- 8 + Years, of which at least 4 years of experience focused on Digital Banking, Open banking / API gateways, or selling to Fintechs.
- Experience within Payments Industry, Digital Banking, Open Banking, payments products, and alternate payment methods and services
- In depth knowledge of APIs Gateways and enterprise sales and distribution
- Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth within the domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and counterparts
- Good time management skills and able to perform under pressure
- Good mentoring, team building and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English language, and Arabic is an advantage
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
