We are recruiting for an Operations Manager in the payment industry to join our team. To manage the full operational Acquiring, Issuing and Fintech cycle, covering fraud, settlements, reconciliation, dispute resolution, POS management, also the candidate must be able to manage the relations with the schemes and regulatory, and have a good experience in developing procedures.
- Bachelor's degree
- Master’s degree preferred
- Professional qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in payment processing/payment card industry/outsourced services within the operations management, of which at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory/management context
- Experience in designing and implementing credit card operations policies and procedures and increasing operational efficiency and driving performance
- Experience in managing budgets and ensuring that units performance milestones are met and adhere to budgets
- Excellent knowledge of schemes regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of settlement, reconciliation, dispute resolution in relation to payment card industry.
- Excellent knowledge of fraud control and management and call center.
- Excellent communication skills and Leadership qualities
- Sound organizational, inter-personal, excellent communication and decision-making skills
