The team

The commercial world is constantly changing. Our clients face new regulations, shifting legislation and fluctuating economic and financial risk. Work you'll do

  • You'll be part of the client team on projects where an expert level is required, effectively managing the different phases of the project and mitigating risks
  • You'll work together with our clients to manage expectations and ensure that engagement deadlines and quality expectations are met
  • You'll be responsible for account management and business development to retain current and attract new clients
  • You'll assess current practices and effectively apply methodologies: Deloitte's Quality Assurance methodology, risk and control database, benchmark database, etc.
  • You'll manage, coach, and monitor client service teams on multiple engagements in a wide variety of industries and build long-term relationships with key clients
  • You'll participate in strategy and brainstorm sessions on innovative service offerings, based on your knowledge of and experience with potential client demands
Your Profile
  • You have 7 to 12 years of experience with operational assurance and risk management in back office and supply chain with either a top tier consulting firm or a leading industry organisation
  • You have a master's degree in economics or engineering
  • You have a proven expertise in service delivery in a public sector or commercial environment
  • You have a keen interest in building relationships across organisational boundaries
  • You are able to advise client on solving control design issues based on industry leading practices and regulatory requirements
  • You are capable to apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuits
  • No problems with guiding teams through the design and implementation of conduct risk
  • You are a hands-on, risk-focused, results-oriented and quality-driven person with outstanding analytical skills
  • You can adapt to different environments thanks to your interpersonal skills
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
