Skills & Qualifications
- A Master's degree or equivalent with excellent results; a specialization in HR Management is an asset;
- Four to five years of professional experience in HR; experience in a consulting company is an advantage. Experience with or affinity for public sector organizations (e.g. local authorities, federal/regional administrations or other public-interest organizations) is a plus;
- Experience in one or more of the following domains: Strategic Workforce Planning; Skills Management; HR Transformation; HR process optimization;
- An interest in HR data, with a data-driven approach to HR challenges;
- A commercial mindset combined with a client-oriented and hands-on approach;
- Ability to take ownership of client engagements and collaborate effectively within teams to ensure successful delivery;\
- Willingness to contribute to internal organization-building initiatives that strengthen the team's skills and knowledge;
- Confidence in working with AI tools, combined with a critical and responsible mindset when applying AI in daily tasks and team collaboration;
- A digitally minded outlook;
- Strong networking skills and proven project experience, preferably within public sector organizations and/or large corporate organizations;
- Fluent communication and facilitation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English
