The Team

Our European Valuation & Modelling business is dynamic and fast growing. Over the last 7 years we have established teams across the USA and in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich , Paris and Dubai . We are unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused that are typical in many of our competitors. We are also able to operate cross -border seamlessly.

We provide a full suite of valuation and modelling services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, Private Equity portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Illiquid Securities and Financial and Tax reporting. All of our teams are expanding, and we have established A&M as one of the leading providers of Valuations globally.

How you will contribute

Due to the continued growth of the team we are looking for an experienced a Director or a Senior Director to join us in our Paris office. The successful applicant will benefit from attractive career progression opportunities, complemented by A&M's highly competitive base pay and bonus scheme and its entrepreneurial and stimulating working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely our Managing Directors in France and across EMEA on business development activities including proposals, pitches & networking
• Lead multiple and complex Valuation engagements whilst collaborating closely with a range of industry leading specialists across different teams
• Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling
• Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports
• Contribute to the development of the wider team through the provision of formal and informal training

Typical projects will include;

• Fairness Opinions
• Commercial Valuations
• Valuations in a Restructuring Context
• Tax Valuations
• PE/Infrastructure Portfolio Valuations
• Purchase Price Allocations
• Intellectual Property Valuations

Qualifications:

• Significant valuations experience gained in the Valuations team at a Big 4 accounting firm / independent valuation firm / consulting firm
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent business level French and English is essential. Additional European languages are highly valued
• A significant and well-developed network across the French business leader communities;
• Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
