The Role:

In this role you will be working with the Business Operations manager and Head of Asset Management & Investment Europe on operational activities and strategic goals. You will also be supporting the day-to-day activities of the European platform and carrying out a range of administrative and business support tasks.

Key Work Level Accountabilities:

Colleague:
  • Accountable for delivering a quality service and product to customers and stakeholders
  • Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines and precedent
  • Runs the organisation's processes and systems following pre-defined procedures
  • Adapts to change, responds with initiative and make suggestions for improvements to own work and processes

Key Responsibilities for this role:
  • Assisting on preparing multiple presentations for internal boards, Asset management committee and fund reporting
  • Work in collaboration with the different support teams based in the UK in reviewing Property manager KPI's
  • Work with property managers across Europe, accountant, asset managers and different support teams on issues relating to Yardi system / accounting processes / invoices payment issues
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
  • Reviewing and updating our operational policies and procedures, in collaboration with the different support teams, and promoting their implementation across the business
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Making travel arrangements for executives
  • Lead and help the logical, electronic storage of documentation, throughout the organisation.
  • Expense processing and co-ordination

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Proficiency with computers, especially Excel - Microsoft Word - PowerPoint
  • Administrative, accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Languages: Fluent French / English.
  • Friendly and personable attitude and able to work as part of a team.
