About Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)
Our Global D&I team collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to drive inclusion, diversity, and a sense of belonging that enhances the employee experience and supports Deutsche Bank's "compete to win" strategy.
In this newly created role, we are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter who will support key global D&I initiatives and work on a variety of projects to drive our D&I strategy including our '35 by 25' program (a public aspiration to reach 35% women at our top three corporate titles globally), the advancement of ethnic minorities globally, and our commitment to LGBTQI inclusion globally. You will partner and build trust with employee resource groups and other business aligned women's groups across the globe to drive greater connectivity. You will establish and maintain global information-sharing forums for ERGs, HR colleagues, and other internal partners. In collaboration with our LGBTQI ERG, dbPride, you will support engagement with our external partners and advance our internal practices on inclusion as well as identifying gaps. You will partner with the Communications team and ERG Leaders throughout the planning and delivering process of our annual global D&I observances such as International Women's Day, Global Pride, etc.

This role will report to the Head of D&I Americas and operates globally.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • In partnership with the regional D&I specialists, establish global connectivity among employee resource groups to amplify their mission and scale initiatives
  • Establish connectivity with global business aligned women's groups, D&I working groups, and People Strategy groups
  • Set goals and metrics to evaluate impact of global ERG initiatives
  • In partnership with regional D&I specialists, prepare internal/external Comms/Brand and other materials related to D&I
  • Support our relationships with LGBTQI external partners globally
  • Establish and maintain global proactive information-sharing forums for ERGs, HR colleagues, and other internal partners using quantitative and qualitative D&I data
  • In partnership with regional D&I and HR specialists suggest and implement policy and process changes across the employee lifecycle
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity and complexity in people relationships
  • Ability to work independently in global/virtual teams
  • Data interpretation; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to D&I - especially in the areas of LGBTQI and multiculturalism
  • Human Resources background preferred, but not required
  • Both English and German fluency required
