Analyst / Associate - Corporate Finance - (M&A / Leveraged Finance) Foreign Bank (Korean speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentation, credit memo and marketing material mainly for M&A advisory, leveraged finance and fund facility
• Develop and review financial models within broadly defined guidelines
• Support deal sourcing activities and client relationship management
• Participate and support daily execution works on various transactions

Requirements:

• 2 ~ 5 years’ experience in commercial bank, investment bank, accounting firm or asset management company
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics from a top-ranked university
• Some knowledge in M&A and financing related accounting and law concepts and principles
• Native or fluency in both English and Korean
• Mandarin is a plus
