We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Asia Pacific Trader Voice Engineering.

Principal responsibilities
  • Manage the transition of technology change and complex technical projects in the Trade Floor and adjunct recording environment
  • Translate requests into technical scope of work
  • Evaluate user impact to features and functionality
  • Work with Product, Architecture and Engineering, and Vendor to define migration execution strategy including prior to implementation, cutover, and post change validation tasks
  • Coordinate user training and define overall curriculum and schedule
  • Develop risk mitigation plan for pre, during, and post transformation
  • Ensure migration process adheres to change control, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in communication plan and creation of user notifications
  • Ensure proper understanding, documentation, and implementation of business requirements
  • Effectively communicate overall program and status updates to key business stakeholders in region
  • Effectively communicate upcoming migrations and project work to senior tech leadership
  • Manage pilots and modify plan as needed
  • Change control creation and oversight for all migrations
  • Monitor adoption success post migration
  • Day 1 support and escalation post migration
  • Maintain global consistency in documentation and approach to execution and checkouts for projects and maintenance work
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor resource assignment and execution of changes in the Trader Voice environment
  • Effectively communicate and provide regular status updates to tech leadership during change execution
  • Properly validate and assess risk of all changes in the Trader Voice environment and represent at appropriate change boards
  • Act as primary liaison and escalation point for business users for Trader Voice
  • Work with global team to ensure alignment and consistent approach across the region


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Extensive working knowledge of the market leading Dealerboard endpoints and platforms including features and how different Trading asset classes utilise them.
  • Broad working knowledge of private line and hoot solutions
  • Experience with voice recording integration
  • Experience with dial tone integration via QSIG and SIP
  • strong technical experience in coordinating the implementation and operation of voice and data communication solutions
  • Must have exceptional time management skills, be customer oriented and have strong organisational, execution, and delivery skills
  • Demonstrate extensive hands on experience with the major recording vendors' products, such as recording features and how different Trading asset classes utilise them
  • Demonstrate extensive experience with Recording Systems migrations and refresh projects
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, and ability to determine effective course of action as required
  • Ability to thoroughly review, understand and interpret technology updates for applicability in the environment we support
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and leadership
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
