- Track borrower financial & operational data to monitor asset performance; spot credit risks, update risk ratings and run financial sensitivity analysis.
- Collaborate with legal/deal teams on loan amendments, support fair valuation, LP reporting, investment committee materials and capital call coordination.
- Engage regularly with borrowers to resolve performance issues and track ESG targets, plus assist capital raising talks with all funding partners.
- Support portfolio value-adding work: co-investments, ESG upgrades, refinancing and exit planning for underlying assets.
- 5+ years private credit/project finance experience (infra/energy focus preferred); strong financial modelling, credit risk assessment and stakeholder communication skills, with emerging market ESG & IFC E&S standards practical knowledge.
