Our client is a global technology provider in existence for over 20 years, working with top insurers and banks. The company has achieved a growth rate of over 60 percent in the last year, expanding presence in South East Asia and Africa.

The new direction of our client is to develop solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology, including AI and Machine Learning, and solve real world problems. Our client also unveiled a new chatbot solution that enables a smarter dialogue between the financial services provider and their customers.

To facilitate their consistent growth and increasing business in APAC, they have set up their first office in HK last year to leverage the booming business opportunities and share the workload of their other APAC offices.

Currently they are looking for a Business Consultant with insurance software experience to join the dynamics team. If you are good at helping customer to make the right decisions by consulting with industry experience and able to present innovative ideas to customer and get their buy-in then this role will be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to design re-engineered and improved process flows and user interface wireframes during user workshops.
  • Ensure delivered software is as per business and functional requirements as stated by the client. To be able to prepare appropriate documentations and presentations to capture requirements.
  • Learn and use software products used in the projects and be able to define best-of-breed solutions around them.
  • Provide Training to partners, vendors or clients during specific phases of the projects, as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of work experience in related aspects (more experienced candidate will be considered for Senior Business Consultant position)
  • Bachelor in Computer Science/ Information Technology related disciplines
  • Knowledge in any insurance products like Integral or Life Asia would have huge advantage
  • Experience in effectively completed large scale Business Process Improvement initiative using ANY Business Process Manager applications OR Enterprise Content Management software is required
  • Project management and implementation experience would be beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills and self-managing personality
  • Proficiency in both Cantonese, English is a MUST
  • Have the flexible for global business travel
