Your new role

• Support business risk and control functions across private banking / wealth management.
• Perform risk assessments and monitor key controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to investment suitability reviews and client risk profiling processes.
• Support compliance reviews, audit activities, and internal investigations
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements to enhance risk management frameworks.
• Work closely with front office, compliance, and control teams on risk-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. SFC / HKMA).

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or relevant experience within banking or audit firms.
• Investment suitability experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and control frameworks.
• Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
