Description

• Act as a business advisor on the financial for investment and strategic decisions
• Prepare timely and accurate budgets, forecasts and longer term business planning
• Ensure a healthy cash flow by managing AR, AP, working capital etc
• Complete the month end closing process according to the group's deadline and requirements
• Work closely with external stakeholders i.e. banks and auditors
• Strengthen internal controls, corporate policies
• Manage the treasury function
• Ensure a smooth collaboration with internal departments across Sales, Digital, Marketing, HR etc

Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related function
• At least 15 years of relevant accounting & finance experience, preferably in industries relating to retail, FMCG, or other consumer products at a regional level
• Strong track record in working with people of nationalities, culture and backgrounds
• Results oriented, able to think outside the box, strong business acumen
• Ability to work in a fast paced lean environment
• Excellent command of English. Cantonese and/ or Mandarin is a plus but not a must
