We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Service Officer, Member Services.

Principal responsibilities
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls in relation to the pension fund members, employers and fund managers
  • Perform call monitoring for quality check and conduct coaching session on a regular basis
  • Monitor and review the quality output and progress of the daily incoming and outbound calls and the routine administrative work in relation to the agreed service standard
  • Handle complaints and concerns of clients in a timely manner
  • Report and follow up with System Department if there is any system problem

  • Preliminary working experience in pension fund, MPF, ORSO and or call centre experience would be an advantage
  • Eager to learn and strive for continuous improvement
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Client focus and provide solution to clients
  • Flexible for job rotation and multitasking
  • Willing to change and be proactive to drive change
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory with fluency in Mandarin is of advantage
