We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital UAT Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • The role holder will manage the overall User Acceptance Testing planning activities and also coordinate the changes in the various portfolios testing to meet the business criteria, supporting brands and entities across different countries.
  • The role holder will be managing the overall planning of resources and timelines of User Acceptance Testing executions.
  • The roles responsibilities also involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing the plan across all projects to ensure all milestones dates are met with the high quality standard, and maintaining testing scope, volume of test requirements as well as test script and test strategy.
  • The role holder will build a high performance team, will have leadership of testing team activity ensuring productivity targets are achieved and standards are met.
  • The role holder will support the delivery production line ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers, will contribute to the delivery of all flagship transformation programs specifically for the Digital channel
  • The job holder will ensure that all of the retail bank and wealth management services offer standout customer experience and fully deliver on our brand promise, provide common global solutions while recognizing that local regulations and customs will require the service to be tailored.
  • The job holder will provide market leading, compelling digital services that can leverage the global scale and distribution network. With increased connections between businesses around the world, the aim is to take the organization from a collection of locally orientated propositions to one global set.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • The job holder will be a Graduate with experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as Digital, Transformation or change management and strong performance management and team development skills.
  • The job holder will have good knowledge of the testing process, digital channels and strong customer focus, strong analytical ability and experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion and the ability to quickly understand customer and operational considerations
  • The job holder will have a good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice, have Subject Matter Expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations.
  • The job holder will be innovative with the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals, have highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues, pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors
  • The job holder will have excellent relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and high levels of resilience and self motivation
