Our client is a top-tier global insurance firm with strong presence worldwide. To further strengthen their market positions, the company is urgently looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This position is initially a 12 months contract, with the view to extend or turn into a permanent headcount.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-

Review financial statements and disclosure notes
Liaise with external auditors
Review and work on IFRS accounting standards
Extract details from spreadsheets to disclosure notes on financial statements
Liaise with various local counterparts to ensure timely submission of financial statements
Support ad-hoc projects, such as enhancing existing accounting processes, etc.

To be considered as a Finance Manager, you possess the following:-

Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or relevant discipline
At least 5 years of hands on relevant experience
Prior accounting experience in insurance industry is preferred, but not a must
Competent in using large ERP system such as SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Immediate available candidate will be preferred
