JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Design, develop, and support a strategic financing platform within an investment banking environment.
2. Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with frontend development using typescript and javascript frameworks.
3. Work closely with traders, product teams, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality, latency-sensitive solutions.
4. Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
5. Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
6. Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and help improve platform reliability and performance.
7. Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 yrs of experience in software development/programming.
2. Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
3. Hands-on experience with Angular or React.
4. Experience ininvestment banking or capital markets , preferably supportingEquities, FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities), or Financing platforms.
5. Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and distributed systems.
6. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
