A highly respected international financial services group, with offices in Hong Kong (SFC licensed), London and Malta. We offer investment and Private office administration, trustee services and tax/general financial advice to wealthy individuals and families. There will be in-house training provided for the right candidate that can show a clear ability to think laterally and practically in seeking to provide services to individual clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle and implement the clients’ financial matters including banking related transactions;
•Liaise and work closely with the Group’s Trust companies and Investment Management Team;
•Maintain clients’ records in confidence;
•Handle the due diligence and know your clients compliance with the guidance of the supervisors;
•Handle the filing of FATCA and Automatic Exchange of Information to the relevant government bodies, with the guidance of the supervisors.

 

The Individual:

•You have an interest in extending your financial knowledge while expanding insight into investment, trusteeship and compliance;
•You are proactive and enjoy working as part of a small team;
•You are committed to job, initiative and good team player;
•You must have a logical thoughts process and be very detail focused;
•You possess a recognized university degree in Business / Finance / Accounting;
• You are a qualified accountant;
•You have at least 5 years’ experience in Auditing, Accounting or Trustees services;
•You have good communication skills in English.
