Your new company
My client is a leading foreign branch in Hong Kong, providing a wide range of financial services and products both locally and regionally is currently looking for an Accountant to support the Finance Regulatory Reporting functions by ensuring the accuracy and quality of the completed banking returns to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).
Your new role
As a Manager grade, you will be directly report to the team head in Financial Management. You will be supporting and reviewing various financial reports in accordance with the HKMA reporting guidelines. You will also assist in setting up, maintaining and improving financial compliance system and management information systems to ensure the financial data provided meet the requirements of HKMA and Banking Ordinance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder in Accounting, or related disciplines
- At least 6 years working experience in regulatory reporting and financial control
- Professional qualification in HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies would be an advantage
