Manager, Business and Financial Analysis

Our client is a Hong Kong based multinational FinTech company focused on being an incubation, investment and operating platform providing digital solutions and trade financing facilities across the end-to-end supply chain. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as Manager, Business and Financial Analysis to work closely with their growing team.

Salary: HK$ 55,000 - 65,000 x 13 month + bonus (1 to 3 months)

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for all financial planning & analysis, P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting, profitability and costing analysis
• Monitoring the working capital, credit availability and cashflow for the group
• Partner with business to provide analysis on the business operations KPI
• Provide business analytics support for management decision making
• Lead on providing business partnership support for financial modeling and investment analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to provide support services and drive productivity and efficiency
• Responsible for system enhancement

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Min. 6 to 8 years of experience gained MNC, banking, financial institution
• Experience in ERP systems and reporting tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and Excel Macro is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with financial and non-financial colleagues across all levels of management
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
