The Network Operations function is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and observability of both cloud and on-premises network infrastructure across a complex global environment.

We Are Hiring Across Two Tracks
We are currently hiring for both:
- AWS Network Operations Engineer (AWS)
- Network Operations Engineer (Core Network Infrastructure)
These roles focus on network operations, production support, troubleshooting, automation, observability, and reliability engineering across cloud and on-premises environments.
Whether your background is primarily focused on AWS networking and cloud automation or network operations, low-latency infrastructure, and network reliability, we encourage you to apply.
Candidates from buy-side firms, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, exchanges, market infrastructure providers, or other performance-sensitive environments are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production network environments
- Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and performance-related issues
- Deliver operational changes through automation and controlled deployment processes
- Build and improve observability, monitoring, and alerting capabilities
- Support network reliability, scalability, and operational excellence
- Contribute to automation tooling, CI/CD workflows, and operational processes
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and trading teams
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
Requirements
- Experience in network operations, cloud networking, infrastructure operations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including:
- TCP/IP
- DNS
- IPv4
- Routing concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities
- Experience working within production or high-availability environments
- Experience with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
Highly Relevant Experience
AWS Network Operations Track
- AWS networking services including VPC, Transit Gateway, and Route53
- Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or similar tools
- Python and/or Bash automation
- CI/CD deployment pipelines
- AWS networking operations across multiple environments or regions
- IPAM solutions such as AWS VPC IPAM or Infoblox
- Load balancing technologies (ALB, NLB)
- CloudWatch, Grafana, or similar observability tooling
Core Network Operations Track
- Monitoring and resolving incidents across:
- Low-latency LAN environments
- WAN networks
- Data centre and HPC environments
- BGP, Multicast, MPLS, EVPN, VXLAN, or related technologies
- Network automation, GitOps, Ansible, CI/CD, and orchestration tooling
- Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability platforms
- Cisco CCNP-level networking knowledge through experience or certification
- Experience supporting highly available global network infrastructure
