• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, business processes, and solution requirements.

• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver effective solutions and process improvements.

• Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Degree holder in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in system implementation or transformation projects.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.

• Knowledge of SDLC, JIRA, APIs, system integrations, and SQL is an advantage.

• Experience in Insurance Core Systems (Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims) is highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Business Analyst position.
