Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful performance reporting and analytics that support client, marketing, and business objectives.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations for senior leaders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting quality, KPI governance, and measurement frameworks.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities in customer engagement, retention, acquisition, and marketing effectiveness.
• Support the development of AI-enabled analytics and automation initiatives that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Drive data-driven approaches to customer targeting, communications, journey optimization, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to prioritize analytics initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, client/customer analytics, marketing analytics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, marketing performance, and business reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with dashboards, data visualization, reporting tools, and large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, advanced analytics, and performance optimization concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, or other data-rich industries is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Regional or multi-country experience across Asia is highly desirable.
