Our client is a fast growing regional bank. They are now in the process of digitally transforming their services and as such, they are looking for an experienced team manager to join their digital channel department. Incumbent can look forward to be part of a dynamic team and working with a strong leader.

• Plan and oversee digital channel development of Internet and Mobile Banking platform under digital business user team
• Lead digital channel projects on key areas, but not limited to, digital acquisition, accessibility, usage and payment
• Work very closely with product owners in digitizing the product sale channels
• Manage channel development budget and channel revenue generation to meet business and channel P&L
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations and cost management
• Manage the collaboration among different team of developers, vendors, partners and end users
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Enhance the UX and flow on the usage of respective digital channels
• Ensure the customer journey is seamless with customer centric design
• Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations
• Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

  REQUIREMENTS

   

• University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce or related discipline
• At least 13 years of working experience in internet / mobile banking development and channel management in banking/finance industry
• Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
• Demonstrate strong analytical skill

• Understand of regulatory guidelines and risk control.
• Keep abreast of latest market trend and technology.
• Experience in deploying sizable system revamp with tracked result.

• Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese.
• Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
• Solid project management experience in banking/finance industry
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
