Senior Treasury Product Manager (Treasury Product Development)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of the assigned and key treasury products.
  • Focus on market changes and customer needs, provide the right product mix in the existing products with reasonable pricing strategy.
  • Participate in the development of treasury product business plan and design integrated treasury services program to customer.
  • Participate in key and large-scale marketing promotions, staff training and related tasks.
  • Initiate new product development needs, participate in product development and provide professional recommendations.
  • Accept the product maintenance and development tasks assigned by the division head and direct supervisor.
  • Strictly abide by codes of conduct and regulatory requirements of the bank and perform the duties to supervise the operation of the subordinates.
  • Comply with the laws, regulations and policies of the local authorities and regulators, the policies and procedures of the bank, the relevant risk management policies and procedures, identity and control the potential or existing risks in the work and timely report to the senior management and relevant units, and formulate the corrective measures and follow up the situation.
Requirements
  • Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics and Risk Management or related discipline.
  • 7-10 years relevant working experience in product development and management in banking / financial industry.
  • Profound knowledge and understanding of the relevant regulations and policies of the financial market in both China and Hong Kong, especially for the CNY market.
  • Register of HKMA Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 4 (advising on securities) or equivalent.
  • Professional qualifications in CFA, FRM and equivalent will be an advantage
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
