Position Purpose

Lean Team manages and facilitates transformation projects and business improvement projects with CIB, WM, IFS, BP2S, AM (Business, IT, Operations) and Functions e.g. Finance, HR etc. Such transformation projects include but are not limited to Project Management / Smart PMO, Process Improvement, Organization Consulting and digital transformation projects. The core objectives of our mission are
- Improve our external and/ or internal customer service
- Execute organizational and operational improvements to achieve efficiency
- Execute implementation phases of projects ensuring profound change management on front to back processes and corresponding teams
- Deliver time-boxed business improvement projects to address specific business problem statements
- Provide a step-change in operational performance
- Develop and deploy best practices

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities
- Execute an organizational / operational improvement project
- Run problem solving sessions
- Derive viable solutions through deep-dive analysis and process mapping
- Support the operational or IT teams in the future design and in the improvements implementation
- Present the findings, pain points and design solutions and project status to Senior Management, Sponsors / CIB Business ITO & Functions' Stakeholders

Contributing Responsibilities
- Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
- Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Business Project Management, Change Management and Process / Organization Reengineering in BFSI
- Experience in managing transversal business projects involving Front Office, Business Management, Risk, Legal, Compliance through to middle office and back office
- Candidates with knowledge of Corporate Banking and/or Global Market and/or Wealth Management and/or Securities/Asset Management products and processes
- Experience in Organization Consulting and Offshoring / Nearshoring projects
- Candidates with experience in management consulting can also be considered
- Strong planning, organization and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Focus on client satisfaction and quality service delivery
- Travel in APAC countries may be required

Specific Qualifications

- Project Management Professional (PMP, Prince2)
- Lean Six Sigma Belt - Green, Black, or Master - Desirable
