About the role:

You can work with us at one of the world’s top FinTech companies. We sell our Aladdin platform to over 200 of the top global corporations, in total managing about quarter of all the world’s money under management. You can help in solving some of the most critical and technologically complex incidents in the industry.

CCO Incident Managers are responsible for supporting Aladdin and solving the most critical and business impacting incidents for BlackRock and external clients. Our Incident Managers have a passion for technical troubleshooting and problem solving with a strong interest in and aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and proprietary systems.

We have a wide and varied stack and skillset, but we’re particularly interested in meeting people with skills in some of the following: Strong Leadership, Data-driven Analysis - Splunk, Grafana, Tableau, Linux, Networking Concepts, Distributed Databases, Cloud Platform offerings like Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google.

We are looking for people with 3-6 years of strong background in supporting mission-critical applications, a track record in exceptional service delivery across infrastructure and problem-solving.
