In the role of Desktop Support, you will be responsible for delivering IT products and services to support end users and report to the Technical Lead. Some of the key responsibilities include:: * Perform technical request and incident resolution * Providing IT consultation to the end user * Coordinate and diagnose in troubleshooting efforts between departments and vendors * Contributing to IT projects

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure support

  • Native level Japanese or English and Business level in the other
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
