Assistant Manager/Manager (FRS) - Forensic Technology & Data Analytics

Forensic offers a spectrum of fraud and related services to assist clients in effectively managing their exposure to corporate crime and other corporate irregularities, reacting rapidly to emerging issues, resolving disputes and conflicts, maximizing their recoveries from losses, safeguarding their assets and limiting damage to reputation. Forensic also provide regulatory compliance services leveraging on its data analytics capabilities and industry knowledge in addressing the compliance issues.

Forensic Technology's computer and data analytics are increasingly used to help our clients detect fraudulent activity and other forms of misconduct. Our data analytics team delivers sophisticated client-focus solutions to address their business and compliance needs in various industries.

Responsibilities :
• To work independently with minimum supervision to gather, interpret and analyze large volume of data and applies financial, statistical, accounting and computer forensics skills to provide proactive strategies and solutions to help clients in complex business disputes.
• Document the electronic evidence gathering process in a clear and concise manner to support any legal proceedings.
• Defining, developing and documenting business and system requirements.
• Document the electronic evidence gathering process in a clear and concise manner and to attend Court, if required, to explain the process and adduce the evidence.
• Work with large, complex data sets by applying analytical methods as needed to provide proactive strategies and solutions to help clients in complex business environments. Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes gathering data and requirements specifications, processing, analysis, and presentations.
• Develop, automate and improve current data pipelines, including both structured and unstructured client data types; developing small scale automations on processing large volumes of data and large scale migration of systems.
• Contribute to engagement planning and ensure that deliverables meet work-plan objectives and quality standards.
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through interaction with client personnel.

Requirements :
• Two to three years of relevant working experience in data analysis or related field (e.g., as a statistician, economist, data scientist/engineer, database administrators).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology or a similar discipline.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g. R, MATLAB, Pandas), databases languages (e.g. SQL) and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g. JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
• Experienced in translating complex business problems and delivering solutions using data modelling and algorithms from available data.
• Demonstrated a clear understanding of computing infrastructure, network and applications.
• Demonstrated self-discipline and willingness to both teaching others and learning new skills. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to travel at moderate to extensive levels with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.
