Associate/Senior Associate (AAS) - Business Admin & HR Outsourcing

KPMG's Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) practice is positioned to help clients implement new accounting standards, improve financial reporting processes and to provide outsourcing services in Bookkeeping, Payroll and Human Resource.

Responsibilities :
1. Assist team lead in client account & Solution Service Management
• Attend to client servicing through strategic Account Management for solutions adopted by strategic clients;
• Support HR Outsourcing service offerings and regional payroll management with KPMG local firms for delivery of regional services;
• Involve in Helpdesk management and deliver Helpdesk KPIs and ensure team is equipped to support clients for Level 1 support for product tools.

2. Risk Management Administration & Admin Support
• Provide assistance in implementing risk management policies and procedures ensuring compliance through periodic auditing;
• Develop solution training/briefing materials for internal and client use;
• Coordinate all internal training courses and liaise with team to arrange and schedule internal courses.

3. Business Development Support
• Support proposal process for assigned target accounts and assist in development of proposals and contracting;
• Maintain clients'/prospective clients' database;
• Assist in client servicing through strategic account management.

Requirements :
• Diploma/Degree and/or Professional Qualification in HR or Business Administration;
• Relevant 2-3 years of working experience in management related roles;
• Possess strategic and conceptual thinking skills;
• Strong people management skills and ability to work with people of all levels;
• Excellent writing skills and good verbal communications;
• Adaptive, flexible and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
