Global Financing:ASEAN Expense and Volume Planner
Known as the 'knowledge behind the numbers', Financial Analysts are considered to be trusted business advisors, working within IBM's business units and geographies, as well as in a myriad of specialized corporate functions. IBM's finance organization is instrumental in driving innovative improvements to global financial processes while providing measurable value to the business.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective monthly forecast, reporting and management systems to help achieve business objectives on CuF Volumes and SG&A expense.
  • Perform SG&A & CuF Volumes analysis (eg YTY, QTQ etc) and identify problems and performance exposures to financial operating plans with an analysis of causes
  • Work closely with accounting, BSO & Pricing on Volume reporting & Quarterly reconciliation.
  • Prepare ICA/IBICA, billings to respective payees and recovery charges from IGF KL CoE, AP Top or between Trek entity vs Mainline.
  • Keep organized records and maintain proper audit control posture especially with Trek related financial matters and billings
  • Keep track on headcount movement and ensure correct tagging in HRIW. Advice I&C analyst on the HC list for commission pay out.
  • Maintain all financial system data requirements, codes, and tables (Eg: Dept set up & maintenance)
  • Ensure smooth plan process for Volume, SGA and resources.
  • Effectively and efficiently complete any ad-hoc task as requested for ASE5+SIN region

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
