Working hours: 9am - 6pm

What will you do?

• Business planning and general management.
• Accountable for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Team.
• Develops Others: Coaches for High Performance / Builds Future Capabilities / Team Development.
• Ensure employees understand our vision, as well as support and reinforce client focused behaviours that contribute to CACEIS goals.
• Develop talent management & succession planning strategies that ensure we attract, retain and grow top talent at all levels in the organization.
• Provide Support to Group Invoicing Management through regular and ad hoc communication.
• Provide support to client when expertise is required.
• Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries.

Academic qualification / Speciality

Experience

• At least 5 years working experience on related process or industry
• Experience on client billing process and account receivables process
• Experience on Financial Services industry (e.g. Fund/Investor Services)
• Experience on People Management and People Development
• Understanding and application of Fee Schedule/Fee Agreement with client

Required skills

Experience in SQL or Excel VBA
