a Personal Assistant / Junior Business Manager.

We are looking for a personal assistant that has the ambition and skills to move into a business manager role. You will support the Global Operation team in CAS, in any capacity that is necessary; from seamlessly managing day to day activities to supporting the CAS Academy.

You are an experienced personal assistant, you are capable of working in a global and dynamic environment, you are flexible, loyal, proactive and you are a real team player. You are able to work independently and in collaboration with the team. You set priorities and integrate tasks effectively. You think creatively about how to solve problems, address challenges and you have a high attention to detail. You have a sensitivity for cultural differences and flexibility and proactivity will be highly regarded.

Main tasks:

  • Organize, prepare and schedule meetings and manage the diary
  • Assess priority, sensitivity and purpose of meetings, travel requests and day-to-day activities
  • Act as the point of contact and maintain internal and external contacts
  • Support the CAS Academy trainings, contact with (external) trainers and administrative activities
  • Provide organisational, logistical, general and technical support in relation to business travel, meetings, media, conferences, seminars, receptions and anniversaries
  • Respond to queries, arrange for the manager to respond to queries or forward queries to the appropriate person in the organisation
  • Administration (operate a range of administrative systems, for example sickness and absence records)
  • Take care of the administrative handling of new staff/transfers/leavers, claiming expenses, Ibuy and E-profit in accordance with existing compliance rules

Working and thinking level
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a secretarial/supporting role
  • Affinity with HR processes
  • High level written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You master the most commonly used office programmes / applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and if possible Workday and Ibuy. You are willing to learn new ones when needed
