Responsibilities:
• Assist with the project management of global creative services requests, including utilizing marketing's project
management tool, Workfront, to maintain clear reporting and timely processing of all design requests
• Maintain the digital assets management (DAM) system, image and collateral libraries and intranet assets folders
• Manage the production and delivery of collateral, stationery and other print requirements
• Assist the creative team during peak volumes by conducting research and finishing image touchup and other
design-related tasks
• Assist the creative team in proofing/reviewing design projects to support quality control
• Communicate effectively with peers, internal clients and external partners
Position requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field; certification or experience in project management will be an
added advantage
• Minimum of two years of experience as a graphic designer or artworker at an international firm
• Strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple and often changing priorities against tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence (deleted additional words here)
• Knowledge of current trends across project management, DAM systems and design software and techniques
• Beginner/intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and other Adobe products
• Experience in applying designs to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates and documents will be a plus
• Understanding of the latest prepress, offset and digital printing techniques
• Team player willing to work in shifts as required
• Fast learner looking to grow in collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
• Experience working with diverse teams
