We are currently seeking a Senior Associate focused on Social Media to join the global marketing team. The position will be in our growing Manila office (with work from home support during the pandemic). The individual will join our global social media team and will be responsible for social media content management across the firm's corporate social media channels and employee advocacy tool, Smarp. The prospective candidate should have an undergraduate degree in marketing, and 3+ years of social media marketing experience preferably in professional or financial services.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include:
- Manage the social media request queue with responsibility for day-to-day communication with business unit marketers and constant coordination with the social media team regarding the content calendar
- Coordinate with Social Media Analyst to create and deliver in-depth reports and dashboards in Sprout and Smarp for business and marketing stakeholders covering key performance metrics and insights
- Recommend and execute social best practices to increase performance against identified KPIs, including the engagement on all social channels and the steady growth of followers on across channels, amongst others
- Consult and support business units with respect to social media content creating and editing across all social channels
Position requirements:
- BS/MBA in Marketing or Communications with concentration in business or finance
- 3+ experience in digital marketing, including social media
- Expertise in LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram
- Experience/knowledge of social media tools like Sprout and Smarp is an added advantage
- Strong technical, communication and analytical skills with ability to learn the firm's service and product offerings
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage and train team members
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Ability to excel with little day-to-day oversight and under strict deadlines
