We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Enablement Lead to support technology delivery and adoption across regional initiative. This role will be based in
Warsaw and will be a
hybrid position .



In this role, you will help teams deliver complex IT and transformation projects, improve ways of working, and strengthen project execution through structured coordination, process optimization, and hands-on delivery support.



This position is ideal for someone who combines strong project leadership skills with a practical, collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across markets and functio




We will count on you to:

• Lead selected capex and technology projects as Project Manager, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder coordination


• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of regional technology initiatives, from planning through tracking and reporting


• Support technology delivery and adoption through structured follow-up and strong project execution


• Monitor benefits realization, adoption, and change impact, ensuring visibility into key metrics and delivery status


• Coach and guide local teams and project managers on project delivery best practices and process improvement methods

What you need to have:

• Proven experience leading IT projects and transformation initiatives


• Strong background in project management, delivery governance, and stakeholder management


• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regional or international environment


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive progress in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders


• Ability to take ownership and deliver results with minimal supervision


• Excellent spoken and written English at C1/C2 level
